Summary
The purpose of the project is to create a platform for detecting brand trademark/copyright infringement on the Internet. The major function of the project is to scrape mentions(incidents) of the brand name or trademark of a business on the Internet and to detect infringements like similar domain name registrations, trademark registrations, duplicate and pirated content, and fake products on the internet using Artificial Intelligence and notify the client by raising a ticket (case).
Development
iPHawk provides autonomous response options to the user where a notice or DMCA takedown letter can be sent automatically when an infringement is discovered. The users can include anyone with a registered trademark or original content in the form of video, articles, books, etc. The users can cover both individual users and large enterprises. The platform can be used not just by businesses but also be used by law firms for their clients.
Technologies
It’s a new project, and our developers have been doing it for the past three weeks. That’s why the list of the technologies is expected to be complemented during the development process. At the moment, for the back-end development we use Python 3.6, Django 2.0, Django Rest Framework, for the front-end development we use ReactJS.
