Process

What do you need from me to start the project?

There are a couple of things we would need before starting a project:

  • Description of the core features you would like to build;
  • Sketches or wireframes of the UI (if applicable);
  • Any constraints and expectations, if applicable (deadlines, budgets, etc.).
Can I see intermediate results?

Yes. Typically, we commit the code and deploy every day. We follow the Scrum methodology with a typical sprint being about two weeks long. It means that major releases are typically made bi-weekly.

Will you deploy the project for me?

Yes. We will prepare the production environment and help you with deployment activities.

How and when should I pay?

A payment schedule can be negotiated. However, there are a couple of principles we follow:

  • Certain upfront payment required for smaller projects (below two weeks);
  • Payments attached to deliverables - meaning, you pay for the work done up to that point;
  • Billing cycle shouldn't exceed one month;
  • By default, full payment is expected within 15 days after raising an invoice (NET15).

Currently, we accept the following payment methods:

  • Wire transfer (via SWIFT);
  • Payoneer payments.
When can you start?

Usually, unless you need a lot of resources, we can start immediately. As a rule, more often than not, one or two developers can start on any given day.
