Our HR manager will check the CV to be sure that your skills and knowledge meet the requirements.
First contact

After CV screening, our HR specialist will contact you with a response to your application and introduce you to the role you are applying to.
Test-screener

After the role discussion, our HR manager will send you a specific test to verify your skills and experience.
Interview

After you’ve finished the test task, we will invite you to a meeting. During the interview, you will share the details of your experience working with previous projects.
Welcome on board

Once we are sure that we fit each other, we will make you an offer.

On board process

Acquaintance
We introduce you to the office, your working place and our team. We will send you a link with our Wiki, where you can find answers to the most critical questions about the working process, vacations, etc.
Set up
You will create your personal, corporate email and set up the programs and tools for an upcoming project.
Finally, start
We will introduce you to the team that we expect you to work with.
Project
We will introduce you to the project, a stakeholder and your role in it.
Team
You will take responsibility for developing the best product.
