The product's life cycle doesn't end with the production release. Now it's time to ensure that the system is working flawlessly and all the issues get addressed quickly. We provide insurance-like support and maintenance services for web and applications.

Insurance Package

The following is included in our package:

  • Basic server maintenance;
  • Security and package updates;
  • Server monitoring and logging systems;
  • Bug resolution up to 10h/month of developments;
  • SLA during business hours;
  • DevOps infrastructure.

How Can We Start?

A template of the contract could be sent by request. Technically, it defines business hours and bug resolution limits. Starting up a support contract includes the following steps:

  1. We sign an NDA;
  2. You provide us with the application code and server(s) access along with any available documentation;
  3. We sign a contract;
  4. Daily meetings. Stand-up, 15-minute long meetings occur on a daily basis to keep track of the progress;
  5. We perform checks and configure monitoring;
  6. We supply you with the contact information of our support team.

There is a free two-week period of support included for the projects developed by our team.
