How can we start?
A template of the contract could be sent by request. Technically, it defines business hours and bug resolution limits. Starting up a support contract includes the following steps:
- We sign an NDA;
- You provide us with the application code and server(s) access along with any available documentation;
- We sign a contract;
- Daily meetings. Stand-up, 15-minute long meetings occur on a daily basis to keep track of the progress;
- We perform checks and configure monitoring;
- We supply you with the contact information of our support team.
