The product's life cycle isn't ending by production release. Now it's time to ensure that system is working flawlessly and all the issues get addressed quickly. We provide insurance-like support and maintenance services for web and applications. The following is included into our package:

Bug resolution up to 10h/month of developments

How can we start?

A template of the contract could be sent by request. Technically, it defines business hours and bug resolution limits. Starting up support contract includes the following steps:

  1. We sign an NDA
  2. You provide us with application code and server(s) access along with any available documentation
  3. We sign a contract
  4. We perform checks and configure monitoring
  5. We supply you with contact information of support team
